These graduates of Uniprep have not only gone on to great success at university, they have gone on to make great careers for themselves!

It is with great pleasure that I offer these words of welcome and introduction to the Uniprep/UNSW University Foundation Year Studies Program. As the Executive Director of UniSadhuGuna, it has brought me great pride and pleasure  to see how Uniprep, having begun in 1994, has now achieved a level of consistency and outstanding performance. Each year, our students achieve excellent results in their studies at Uniprep and so gain entry to the University of New South Wales in Sydney and some of the top universities in Australia and other countries. Uniprep has now matured to such an extent that we can see the full benefits of the program. We now have significant and growing alumni. Many gradutes of Uniprep have not only gone on to great success at university, they have gone on to make grea careers for themselves! Many Uniprep graduates not only continue their studies to first degree (Bachelor) level, but also advance to post-graduate studies (Master and Doctorate degrees). This, I believe, shows that the Uniprep-UFY program really does help lay solid foundations for future studies and successes. Each year, we also see many Uniprep graduates return to Indonesia having achieved their international degrees. These graduates are able to secure high-ranking positions in well-known and respected companies. In turn, they are able to contribute to the development of Indonesia, which is the long-standing goal of UniSadhuGuna. I welcome all prospective students and parents to Uniprep, and I am confident that you too may enjoy the benefits of this well-established and successful preparation for university  and beyond.

Welcome to the Uniprep program offered by UniSadhuGuna in Jakarta. The Uniprep program is a university preparation course and entrance qualification based on the prestigious UNSW Foundation Year program, established in 1989. The UNSW Foundation Year (UFY) program is one of many programs offered by UNSW Foundation Studies in Australia, and I am pleased that Uniprep continues this tradition of excellence in Jakarta.

Uniprep staff are experienced international teachers, and graduates of the program have gone on to successfully complete degrees at UNSW and to pursue outstanding careers. The Uniprep program prepares students for entry into Bachelor degree programs at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). The subjects offered at Uniprep, as well as the assessment items and final grades, are approved by UNSW Foundation Studies in Australia, who issue the final results and certificates. Successful completion of the UFY program enables students to pursue their undergraduate studies in Australia, with confidence. I highly recommend the Uniprep program to you.

Welcome From Uniprep

The Uniprep approach is help guide and mentor  students as they progress to university-level studies.We aim to help students become more independent in their studies and as individuals.

The Uniprep-UNSW Foundation Year (UFY) Program is a well-established and proven course that helps students make the transition from general, high school education to the more specific education that they will encounter at university. We have seen some excellent results at Uniprep and our graduates consistently go on to their chosen universities and perform well. The word ‘chosen’ is important here because many students at Uniprep perform well enough to be able to choose their destination university. The majority of Uniprep students do go on to the University of New South Wales, and other well regarded universities.

To see that Uniprep students can gain entry into such high calibre universities is evidence that Uniprep is performing well. The overall culture (teaching and learning methods) that informs and guides us here is helping students to become more critical and creative in their thoughts and actions. It is great, and indeed something of a privilege, to see our students go on to universities and develop their life experiences and careers. We keep in touch with our alumni and so get to see first-hand how well they are doing. Their on-going success and achievement illustrates how well Uniprep has done in laying important foundations. It continues to be a great satisfaction to me to work with Indonesian students and help them achieve their goal of international university education. It is also a pleasure for me to welcome new and prospective students. I believe the Uniprep experience to be a benefit for all who choose to commit themselves to it.
